During the processing of rice grains, international standards and stringent guidelines of process control are followed at all stages. This ensures the uniformity of quality, aroma and fragrance in grains. The impurities in the grains are removed in several processing stages with the help of vibrating sieve and scalper suction fan ; all incorporated in processing machines.

Our Quality

Drying Plant: It comes with an integrated on-line sensor. It constantly and uniformly dries paddy. It doesn't breaks the delicate rice grains. The drying process eliminates the chances of any fermentation or bacterial/ fungal infections, while it preserves the natural aroma.

Parboiling Plant: The parboiling process makes use of processed soft water sourced from water treatment plant. To control the water temperature, the plant incorporates soaking bins with sensor based sophisticated controllers. This process is better than the conventional method when it comes to alleviating the development of unwanted smells. The rice grains are hygienically processed and their fragrance and aroma are preserved during the process. An integrated water treatment plant meets the soft water requirements for parboiling process.

Milling Plant: The three milling plants of Modern Rice & General Mills based on the 21st century technology from Buhler. Sensors are used to make the online inflow and outflow mechanisms fully computerized. Equipped with graders, magnets, pre cleaners, de-stoners, paddy separators, de-huskers, etc., the plant has the capacity of producing 10 tons per hour. The premises where the plants are installed is completely protected from contamination by foreign particles.

Aspirated Rice Huskers: This machine is used for removing husk from paddy rice.

Paddy Separators: It removes paddy from brown rice at high efficiencies and capacities. Pure brown rice and paddy products are produced using the  three adjustable-position discharge systems along with the adjustable separating tray angle.

Plano - Shifters: This ensures uniform grading.

Length Graders:  The uniform segregation of  rice grains is possible by graders.

Vertical Abrasive Polisher: Unmatched milling efficiency can be achieved with the high capacity,  power saving abrasive whitener.

Colour Sorters: The computer based optical sorting machines are great for operational flexibility and define the grains' color shade and the size of the offending spot.
